Your watch is guaranteed for twenty-four months from date of purchase. This international warranty covers any manufacturing and material defect. For service, all watches must be sent to an official Benrus After Sales Service Center. Please refer to the support page here ( www.benrus.com/support ).

The warranty excludes the following: the band, the strap, the crystal breaking and scratching as well as possible faults caused by improper use as well as factors due to normal aging or wear of the watch.

By registering your warranty online, you can extend it by an additional year, bringing the total warranty period to three years. In addition to this extension, your registration allows us to follow your new watch, keep you informed of our latest releases, and notify you when your warranty is approaching its expiration. You will also receive tips on how to prolong the lifespan of your watch and maintain its performance.
